Check-in is from 2pm on the date of arrival. An early check-in available for our guest (Subject to availability), Please take note this will come at an additional cost.

What is the latest time i can check-out?
Guest are required to check-out by 12pm on the date of departure. We do offer late Check-out up until 18:00. Please note that this comes at an additional cost. You may request for a late check-out at the hotel and is subject to availability.
What happens if I cannot arrive on the first day of my reservation?
Please contact us in advance otherwise our no show policy will apply.
Can I make a group booking?
Group bookings cant be made through the same process as individual bookings on our website. Please contact our reservation team at email@example.com if you wish to do a group booking.
How can I amend my booking?
if you wish to amend your booking made through our website, please contact our reservation team through email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
How can i cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel your stay with us, you may do so by contacting our reservation team at email@example.com or contact us here. please take note that cancelations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will subject to 100% charge of your total booking.

Has my booking been made as I have not received a confirmation?
if you have not received any confirmation email, please check your spam inbox first, make sure that you have entered the correct email address during the booking process, if you still cant find your confirmation email please contact our reservation team by clicking here.
How can i request an invoice for my stay?
you can request for a copy of your invoice once you check-out from our hotel or you may contact us directly and we will send your invoice through email.
Is the hotel reception desk available 24 hours a day?
Our hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, 7days a week.
Does the hotel have car parking facility?
Yes, the hotel has plenty of parking for our guest. for guest that wish to park inside the hotel premis, please inform our staff during check-in.
Can i smoke in the hotel / bedroom?
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premise. a fine will be imposed on any guest found to have smoke in their rooms.
Are children welcome at the hotel?
Children of any age can stay at the hotel, we require all children to be accompanied by an adult during their stay with us. An adult is considered those aged 18 years and above.
can i turn up at the hotel without a booking ?
it is possible to simply turn up at the hotel, although to avoid dissapointment we advice that you book your stay with us through our website ( www.capitalresidencebn.com ) to ensure there is available rooms for you.
Hotel facilities: Do you have hairdryers, irons or kettles available?
we provide our guest with many facility in our rooms such as kettles, instant coffee/tea and many more. although we try our best to ensure that our guest are satisfied with their stay with us, some facilities such as irons and hairdryers are facilities only available upon request.
Do you have meeting room available?
unfortunately we do not have any meeting room available at this current time.
Can i bring my pet?
unfortunately we do not allow our guest to bring pets, this is due to health and safety resons as well as to ensure other guest feels comfortable within our hotel compound.
Do your hotel have lifts /elevators?
Yes, our hotel has lifts / elevators available for our guest.
Are bed linen and towels included in the room?
Yes, towels and linen are included with every room you book with us.
Can i invite guest to my room?
yes, we do allow our guest to invite friends or their family members to their rooms, please take note that any personel that you invite to your rooms are the sole responsability of the guest.
Do you provide housekeeping service?
yes, all our rooms are cleaned daily by our houskeeping staff.
Can i request a room next to another room or a room located on specific floor ?
Please contact our reservation team Here in order to request a specific floor or rooms near to eachother or connecting/adjoining room.
Do you have toiletries available?
we provide our guest with the basic toileteries, shower gel, soap and shampoo.
What is a Family Suite ?
Our Family Suites are 2 bed apartments with an open plan dining/living area, and kitchenette. The two ensuite bedrooms are configured for a family with one king and two single beds. TV, Aircon, WiFi, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Hob, and washing machine are just a few of the facilities included with this room. Ideal for mid to long term breaks as well as short weekends away, this room will not disappoint. For more information please follow this link.
What is a superior Twin / Queen rooms?
Our Superior rooms are 190sq feet and come in two configurations, either Queen or twin Single beds. These boutique style rooms feature TV, WiFi, Mini Fridge, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. For more information please follow this link.
What is a Deluxe rooms ?
Similar to the Superior rooms but with a separate seating are, our Deluxe rooms are 221 sq feet and all consist of a King bed. These boutique style rooms feature TV, WiFi, Mini Fridge, as well as tea/coffee making facilities. For more information please follow this link.
What is a Premier Rooms?
OWith 315 sq feet of space, our Premier rooms really live up to their name. A large open plan sleeping and living space, with a King size bed, TV, WiFi, Aircon, Mini Fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities make this room a great choice for anyone wishing for that little bit extra. Food & Beverages
Does the hotel have its own restaurant?
yes, our hotel has its own restaurant where our guest will be able to order either for room service or dine-in. our restaurant is open from 6.30 AM to 9pm daily.
Does my booking include breakfast?
Breakfast are included for all ur rooms, although we cannot guarentee that it will be included if you book through our partners.
what time does breakfast start and end ?
our breakfast are served daily from 6.30am to 10.30am
