DRIVER / SECURITY

Requirements :

  • Bruneian / Permanent Citizen

  • Male

  • Ages: 20+ 

  • Valid driving license (CLASS 3)

  • Able to drive manual transmission Vehicle.

Work Responsibility :

  • Respond to individual guest needs and concerns

  • Patrol property, both inside and outside

  • Check security locks, making sure all the locks are properly locking and keys are return back in the key box

  • Escort guests as needed

  • Submit written reports, when needed

  • Work cooperatively with the drivers

  • Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment

  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances

  • Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property

  • Apprehend criminals and evict violators

  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences

  • Report in detail any suspicious incidents

  • Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter

  • Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates

  • Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment

  • Back up driver when the all the driver is busy

  • Making sure the main gate is closed after midnight

ROOM ATTENDANT (HOUSEKEEPING)

Requirements :

  • Bruneian / Permanent Citizen

  • Male / Female

Work Responsibility :

  • Making sure that the hotel’s property is always clean

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of guest

  • Deliver any requested HK items to guest

  • Preparing the room before guest check in

  • Stock and maintaining HK supply room

  • Report any lost and found items to the front desk

  • Ensure high level of customer service is perform all the time

  • Assist guest with request and questions when necessary

  • Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies

  • Perform rotation cleaning duties (eg spring cleaning, deep cleaning etc) as required

  • Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas

  • Empty trash containers and ashtrays

  • Replace facial, toilet tissue and bathroom amenities in correct amount and locations

  • Inspect condition of hand towel, bath rug, bath towel, linen, bedding sets and duvet and replace soiled/damaged ones

  • Remove dirty linen and make up bed with clean linen

  • Responsible for replenishment of guest complimentary water

  • Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet

  • Checking the electric meter on daily basis and request for top up when necessary

  • Report any necessary maintenance problems

GUEST SERVICE AGENT (FRONT DESK)

Requirements :

  • Bruneian / Permanent Citizen

  • Male

  • Ages: 20+ 

  • Valid driving license (CLASS 3)

Work Responsibility :

  • Making sure the Guest check in and check out process when well.

  • Handling the guest complain and request in a timely and professional manner

  • Scheduling the Shuttle bus

  • Process Payment made by the guest

  • Updating the HK department about the check in and check out rooms

  • Organize the room bookings and reservations

  • Manage online and phone reservation

  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)

  • Liaise with the housekeeping department to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities

  • Confirm group reservation and arrange

  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

  • Maintain a clean and neat front desk area

  • Posting charges to appropriate guest accounts

  • Assisting guests with disability

  • Performing duties on daily checklist

  • Collaborating and communicating with other internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction

WAITER /WAITRESS

Requirements :

  • Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests

  • Ensure that guests are seated and provided with menus promptly

  • Ensure that all guests’ requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively and an exceptional service is delivered to guests at all times

  • Familiarize yourself with the menu and as much information about the food and beverages offering available in order to answer any questions guests may have

  • Take food and beverages orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen promptly and accurately

  • Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of services is maintained all the times

  • Set up, clear and promptly service tables after use to ensure that guests can be seated in a timely manner

  • Ensure the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times and assist with cleaning and housekeeping duties as required

  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring the guest satisfaction at all times and ensure that any guest complaint and comments are reported to management

  • Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide services duties for functions as required

  • Any other duties as directed by the supervisors or other member of the management team.

  • Ensure the kitchen, counters, sinks, utensils, coolers, shelving and storage areas are clean and comply to established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards at all times.

  • Assist with presentation of orders

  • Mise Enplase, assist with the food preparations.

  • Cleaning Dishes efficiently. 

  • Comply with health, sanitation and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
