The collection and storage of your information is done with your prior knowledge. When you conduct a transaction within our website to reserve a room, as part of the process, we collect information such as your name, email, mailing address and credit card information . When you sign up for our mailing list or when you use the contact box, we will store your emails and any messages you have sent.

Our website is hosted by on a third party service. All Emails are stored on the service's data storage and databases on secure servers protected by a firewall
